We are located in the lower level of the Tualatin Professional Center, on the SE corner of 65th Avenue and Borland Road, just south of Meridian Park Hospital.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

From the North:

Take I-5 south to exit 289 (Nyberg Rd.), turn left over the freeway, follow to SW 65th Ave. Go up the hill, turn left at the stoplight for Borland Rd. Turn into the 2nd driveway on the right. There is a small sign to watch for that says “East Lot.”

From the South or 205:
Take I-5 north to exit 289 (Nyberg Rd). Turn right, follow to SW 65th Ave. Go up the hill, turn left at the stoplight for Borland Rd. Turn into the 2nd driveway on the right. There is a small sign to watch for that says “East Lot.”

From the East (Lake Oswego, West Linn):
Take Stafford Road south. At the traffic circle, take the first exit right onto Borland Road. Follow Borland. Just before the stoplight at 65th, turn left into the driveway marked “East Lot.”
